Privacy policy

Draft of 2026-10-19. Applies to errandkit.com and to our tools published on the Apify Store.

Short version

• Our tools run on Apify's platform, inside your Apify account. Errandkit doesn't run its own hosted API or servers for them yet.
• We don't keep the files, tables or addresses you process. They stay in your Apify run storage.
• This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers of our own.
• We don't sell your data.

When you use our tools on Apify

Apify runs the tools and handles your account, payments and run data under Apify's privacy policy. Your inputs and results are stored in your own Apify storage and kept according to your Apify account's retention settings, not by us. Apify gives us aggregate usage and billing information about our tools. We don't see your inputs or results unless you choose to share a run with us, for example to get support.

The Census Tract & Demographics tool sends the addresses or coordinates you provide to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder and Census Data API to produce results (see census.gov/about/policies/privacy.html). The SEO & AI Search Readiness Audit fetches the web pages you list (and, if you ask, their links) from those sites, as the ErrandkitAuditBot crawler. Video Frames downloads the video files you link from the servers that host them. No tool sends your data to any other third-party service or AI model.

Logs

Because we don't run our own API, we keep no request logs of tool usage. Run logs are part of your Apify run and follow your Apify retention settings.

This website

errandkit.com is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address to reply, and keep them as long as needed for the conversation and our records.

What you shouldn't send

Don't send health records, payment card or bank data, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data. The tools don't need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your emails at any time: hello@errandkit.com. To delete run data, delete the runs or storage in your Apify account. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights (for example under GDPR or US state privacy laws). Contact us and we'll help.

Children

Our tools are for businesses and developers, not for children under 13.

We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and describe significant changes on this page.
