Terms of service
Draft of 2026-10-19. These terms cover errandkit.com and our tools published on the Apify Store. Custom MCP server projects are covered by a separate statement of work (SOW).
1. Using the tools
Our tools run on Apify's platform. Your use of Apify, including billing, is also governed by Apify's terms. You may use our tools for lawful business, research and personal purposes. You're responsible for the data you process and for having the right to process it.
2. Acceptable use
- Don't use the census tract tool's output, alone or combined with other data, to identify any individual person, household or business. U.S. Census Bureau terms forbid this, and so do we.
- Don't use the tools to discriminate unlawfully, for example in housing, lending, insurance or employment decisions.
- Don't process sensitive personal data (health, payment card, bank account, government ID or biometric data) with the tools.
- Don't process documents, files or videos you don't have the right to use.
- Don't use the SEO audit to overload or probe sites. It obeys robots.txt and paces its requests; don't try to get around that.
3. Prices and payment
Runs are billed by Apify per event, at the prices shown on each tool's Apify Store page. Prices may change with the notice Apify requires.
4. Data and results
You keep all rights to the data you send and to the results. See our privacy policy.
5. Third-party data
The census tract tool uses data from the U.S. Census Bureau. This product uses the Census Bureau Data API but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau. ACS figures are estimates with margins of error. Geocoding, OCR, table detection, scene detection and audit scores can be wrong or incomplete.
6. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results. Check important results before relying on them. A tool can be interrupted, including when Apify or upstream services such as the Census APIs are down.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for our tools in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using the tools at any time. We may stop offering a tool with reasonable notice on this site or its Apify Store page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
