Timelines start once the SOW is signed, payment is received and test credentials are ready. Add-ons: extra tools (up to 5) $150; OAuth 2.1 on Starter $400; extra integration $450; rush (half the timeline) +30%.
How a project runs
- Scope call and written SOW. Every tool, its inputs and outputs, and whether it reads or writes, listed in writing.
- Least-privilege credentials. You create a dedicated, minimum-scope API key or service account that you own and can revoke.
- Build in a sandbox first. We don't touch production data during development unless the SOW says so.
- Security review against a written checklist before go-live.
- Deploy to your cloud, server or Cloudflare account, or to hosting we manage for you (Managed package).
- Acceptance. You run the acceptance tests in the SOW. Then the final payment is due and support starts.
Included in every package
- Source code in your repository. You own the custom code once it's paid for.
- Tool descriptions and JSON schemas written so agents call them correctly, with clear error messages.
- Input validation, request size limits, rate limiting, and logs that leave out request payloads.
- Read-only and destructive hints on every tool, so clients can ask before risky actions.
Not included
- Regulated or sensitive data (health records, payment card data, bank account data, government IDs, children's data, biometrics, or personal data at scale), unless a separate written review is done first. By default we decline these projects.
- Third-party fees (your API plans, cloud bills, LLM usage, marketplace fees).
- Legal or compliance certification (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, GDPR agreements). We are not lawyers or auditors.
- Scraping sites whose terms forbid it, or getting around rate limits or access controls.
- 24/7 on-call or uptime guarantees, and front-end apps or chatbots beyond the MCP server itself.
